A dramatic incident in Nakuru has left many Kenyans talking after a group of men tresspassed and invaded a farm belonging to a senior politician encountering an unexpected challenge involving a swarm of bees.
According to local accounts, the politician, who has been openly criticising the government, had become a target of growing political tensions. Reports from residents claimed that some individuals were allegedly hired to intimidate him by entering his farm.
Villagers said they had previously warned that the politician’s home and property were highly protected, with some claiming he had sought spiritual protection from Dr Magongo to safeguard his surroundings and belongings.
“Hakuna mtu wa hili eneo hajuangi huyu politician anaogopwa sana na watu. Na hakuna mwizi anaweza imba vitu zake,” a resident said.
The warnings, however, were ignored by the group, who believed they could proceed with their plan without any difficulty.
According to the dramatic accounts circulating among residents, as the group entered the farm, they were suddenly confronted by a swarm of bees, forcing them to abandon their mission and run for safety.
The incident has since sparked conversations among Kenyans, with many people sharing different opinions about the unusual turn of events and the rumours surrounding the politician’s alleged protection.
